Deluxe Room Rs. 3300 plus GST Rs. 700 plus GST (Max. 1)
Suite Room Rs. 4400 plus GST Rs. 700 plus GST (Max. 2)

RULES & REGULATIONS


1- Early check-in i.e. 6 AM to 11 AM = Rs. 784 /- (Inclusive of GST) subject to room availability.
2- Late check 10 AM to 4 PM = Rs. 784 /- (Inclusive of GST) subject to room availability.
3- 1 hour early check-in or late check out should be considered.
4- Extra bed = Rs. 784 /- (Inclusive of GST)
5- For all 9 rooms booking 100% advance shall be taken.
6- Advance booking of minimum 6 nights shall be granted 10% discount.
7- No other Club facilities shall be allowed during covid time.
8- A member with his wife shall be allowed to book a room to stay subject to submission of the identity and address proof.
9- A member with family shall be allowed to stay in room during genuine situations.

Room Cancellation Policy (effective upto 31st March 2024):

 1. 100% Refund issued to cancellations done prior to 3 days/72 hours of room reservation.
2. No Refund issued to late cancellations (less than 72 hours of reservation) or No shows.
3. All cancellation refunds are only on Base room tariffs (Excluding Taxes).

REVISED Room Cancellation Policy (effective from 1st April 2024):

 1. 100% Refund issued to cancellations done prior to 7 days of room reservation, excluding the day of Check-in.
2. 50% refund applicable for cancellations done 3 days to 7 days prior to room reservation, excluding the day of Check-in.
3. No Refund issued to late cancellations (less than 72 hours of reservation) or No shows, excluding the day of Check-in.
4. All cancellation refunds are only on Base room tariffs (Excluding Taxes/GST).

I M P O R T A N T:
  1. NO ROOM WILL BE ALLOTTED WITHOUT VALID MEMBER ID CARD/ AFFILIATE CLUB MEMBER ID/ GUEST VALID IDENTITY PROOF.
  2. SUBMISSION OF VALID ID AND PHOTO MANDATORY DURING CHECK-IN.
  3. FOREIGNERS / NRI MUST PRODUCE THEIR PASSPORT & VISA/PIO/OCI DURING CHECK-IN. ROOM ALLOCATION IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF THE SAME.
  4. BREAKFAST EXCLUDED IN ROOM TARIFF.
  5. WI-FI FACILITY IN ROOM IS FREE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILTY/ISP CONNECTIVITY.
  6. ALL THE ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING ROOMS. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE CLUB PREMISES.
  7. OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINKS NOT PERMITTED IN ROOMS/PREMISES OF THE CLUB.
  8. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL ANY RESERVATION AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, IF ANY OCCUPANT/GUEST IS FOUND ENGAGED IN ANY FRAUDULENT, ILLEGAL OR PROHIBITED, INAPPROPRIATE ACTIVITY OR IF ESTABLISHED THAT ANY RESERVATION IS OBTAINED FRAUDULENTLY OR WITH MALAFIDE INTENTION.
  9. ALL EXTRA SERVICES & AMENITIES ARE NOT PART OF THE BASE ROOM RATE AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON ADDITIONAL CHARGES AS APPLICABLE.
  10. CLUB MANAGEMENT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS/ ITEMS/ VALUABLES.
  11. CLUB CANNOT GUARANTEES NOR WILL BE LIABLE TO ADMIT ANY REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT IN RESERVATIONS OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL REQUESTS, AND WHICH SHALL BE ADMISSIBLE STRICTLY SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
  12. RIGHT OF ENTRY/ADMISSION STRICTLY RESERVED BY CLUB MANAGEMENT.
